CIPA Clamp on Universal Fit Towing Mirror Installation - 2016 Jeep Compass- Video
Today on our 2016 Jeep Compass we're going to be doing a test fit on the CIPA universal bar clamp-on towing mirror. That's part number CM11980. It offers us a wide field of view. It's going to allow us to safely and easily change lanes, pass, park, or even backup while towing a trailer or camper. As you can see, I'm visible in the towing mirror but not so much the factory mirror. If I take a few steps in towards my trailers you can see there's no blind spot by the way we have it set up. This is the view you'd get with just your factory mirror. The mirror itself can be rotated 360 degrees, so if you'd like to keep it at that horizontal view you have that option. more

Now, if I take a few steps in towards my trailer, as you can see, there's no blind spot by the way we have it set up, but this is the view you get with just your standard mirror. The mirror itself can be rotated 360 degrees, so if you like that horizontal view, you have that option. It can also be adjusted to most angles. more

Today on our 2016 Jeep Compass we're going to be doing a test fit on the CIPA Dual View Clip-On Towing Mirror. Part number 11953. It offers us a wide field of view. It's going to allows us to safely and easily change lanes, pass, park, or even back up while towing a trailer or camper. As you can see I'm visible in the towing mirror, but not the factory mirror. Between both mirrors you get the same view, just a slightly larger more clearer view in the larger mirror. more
